Common Questions

Q: Why are my numbers showing zero? A: Check the date range at the top — you might be looking at a period with no transactions. Also make sure you've recorded at least one sale or purchase.

Q: Can different users see different Dashboards? A: The Dashboard shows data based on your access permissions. If you can only see your own sales, you'll only see your numbers. Administrators see everything.

Q: How often does the Dashboard update? A: The numbers update every time you load the page. For real-time updates, refresh your browser.
